Our office is located on the north-west corner of South Military Trail and Lantana Road in Lake Worth, in the shopping mall just north of Eckerd Drugs.

Jeffrey Cohen, DC

Dr. Cohen has received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Life University, Atlanta, GA. and Bachelors of Science Degree from Rider University. Dr. Cohen has been trained in and utilizes Cox Flexion/Distraction Technique, Activator Technique, Sacrol/Occipital Technique and Diversified Technique in treating his patients. All are gentle and effective for the patient.
Dr. Cohen has completed the one-year, postgraduate, Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician Program that focuses on sports injuries and training. In addition, he continues to take many specialty classes to keep him up to date in the latest information and technology that assists him in patient care. Dr. Cohen presently holds memberships in the Florida Chiropractic Association, Palm Beach County Chiropractic Association, the Council on Sports Injuries and Physical Fitness and the United States Professional Tennis Association.

Types of Payment Accepted:

We accept most insurance plans. For those with no insurance or out of network benefits, the center has flexible payment options. The doctor requires each prospective patient to have a "COMPLIMENTARY CONSULT" to see whether he will take their case. At no time is any service rendered without the patient's consent. For those with insurance, you are welcome to fax or e-mail insurance card information and we can get back to you quickly with your benefits, either by phone, fax or e-mail, whichever you prefer.
